Shipping Policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of shipping. We work with vetted international suppliers to keep quality up and prices fair, which means your order travels further than a local warehouse order would. We're upfront about that — no fake "2-day delivery" promises here.

Tracking: Every order gets a tracking number by email within a few days of purchase. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days, email us and we'll chase it.

Free shipping: Orders over $40 ship free. Under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually fix it before it ships.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your order is lost (no movement 30+ days), we reship it free or refund you in full. Your call.
