About Us
We started Pawfetch for one very spoiled reason.
Every pet parent knows the moment: you're standing in a pet aisle (or scrolling page 14 of an endless marketplace), holding two nearly identical toys, wondering which one falls apart in a week and which one becomes the toy. The one that gets carried to bed. The one you'll eventually buy three backups of.
We got tired of guessing. So we built Pawfetch Co. — a small, picky, genuinely curated collection of gear for dogs and cats. Not a thousand products. A short list of the ones worth your money, chosen by people who read the reviews, check the materials, and ask one question before anything earns a spot:
Would we give this to our own?
What we believe
Pets aren't accessories. They're family with fur. They sleep on the good pillow. They get a Christmas stocking. They have opinions about your new partner. We get it — we're the same way.
Boredom is the enemy. Most "bad behavior" is a smart animal with nothing to do. That's why so much of our collection is about enrichment — snuffle mats, puzzle feeders, things that work their brain, not just their jaw.
Spoiling them should be easy on you too. Less mess, less stress, fewer wrestling matches at bath time. When the humans are happier, the pets are happier. It's science. (It's probably science.)
Our promise
Every order is backed by our 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee. If something arrives damaged, doesn't fit, or your dog gives it the cold shoulder, email us and a real human will make it right — replacement or refund, no interrogation.
We're a small shop and proud of it. When you email us, you're not getting ticket #48291 — you're getting someone who genuinely wants to see a photo of your dog.
Spoil them like they spoil you.
