The 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee

The short version: If your pet doesn't love it, we'll make it right within 30 days. Replacement or refund — your pick.

Within 30 days of delivery, you can request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (send us a photo — that's all we need)
  • The item doesn't match the description or photos
  • The size doesn't fit your pet (harnesses, collars, beds)
  • Your pet simply isn't into it (it happens — they're allowed to have opinions)

How to start a return

Email hello@pawfetchco.com with your order number and a quick note (photos help us go faster). A real human replies within 1 business day.

The fine print, kept honest

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: full refund or free replacement — you don't ship anything back.
  • Change-of-mind or "pet wasn't into it" returns: item should be unused/lightly used and we may ask you to return it; return shipping is on you unless we made the mistake.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • For hygiene reasons, heavily used grooming items (brushes, paw washers) can be replaced if defective but not refunded for change of mind.
  • Sale items are covered the same as everything else.
